We are called by God to fullness of life (Jn 10:10), and to follow Jesus who embodies what it means to be fully human. Being fully human involves learning to embrace our emotions as a vital part of our life. This program looks at creative and caring ways in dealing with feelings, and shows the importance of emotions in relationships and the spiritual life.

Payment is non refundable but transferrable to the next program.

Thank you!
