Being fully human involves learning to embrace our emotions as a vital part of our life. Through individual journaling and gentle art making\, the participants will learn creative and caring ways of transforming their feelings and discover the place of emotions in relationships and the spiritual life. \n\nArtists and non-artists are all welcome. You may bring your own art and journaling\nmaterials\, but some materials will also be provided.\n\nPlease be informed that if you CANCEL your reservation ONE WEEK OR LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE THE PROGRAM your reservation fee will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE.
