Transforming Feelings Through Gentle Art making | Stay-In

We are called by God to fullness of life (John 10:10) and to follow Jesus who embodies what it means to be fully human. Being fully human involves learning to embrace our emotions as a vital part of our life. Through individual journaling and gentle art making, the participants will learn creative and caring ways of transforming their feelings and discover the place of emotions in relationships and the spiritual life.

Artists and non-artists are all welcome. You may bring your own art and journaling
materials, but some materials will also be provided.

Please be informed that if you CANCEL your reservation ONE WEEK OR LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE THE PROGRAM your reservation fee will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE. Our slots are limited and we would like everyone to have a chance to avail of our programs. Thank you for your understanding.
